Policies of Operation

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Childeducationtoys.com provides its service to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, which we may update at any time without prior notice to you (the "customer"). In addition, when using particular Childeducationtoys.com services, you and Childeducationtoys.com shall be subject to any of the following guidelines or rules. By placing an order, customer indicates acceptance of all posted terms and conditions.

TERMS OF SALE
All sales are prepayment only. Childeducationtoys.com currently accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express via PayPal, check or money order. Our recommended method of payment is for credit card (via PayPal) payment online, at our shopping cart, with shipping rates automatically figured at the time of payment--this prevents any delays in processing payments. Childeducationtoys.com is happy to accommodate other payment options as per customer preference, but please keep in mind that we will ship orders 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

SHIPPING FEES
Customer is responsible for actual shipping costs. These costs are the shipping rates which come directly from USPS, UPS or FedEx systems using weight and destination. Shipping weights are figured based on the listed weight for each item plus 1/3 lb for shipping materials.  All packages will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS.

Childeducationtoys.com uses auto-notification for UPS tracking numbers and USPS confirmation numbers.  This notification will be sent to the email address attached to your order. Customer is responsible to inform Childeducationtoys.com of lost or damaged shipments. ALL shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer pays for all shipping fees at the time of purchase, as calculated by our shopping cart. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.  Childeducationtoys.com can not be held responsible for differences between customer-quoted shipping costs and actual shipping costs. International shipping is available via USPS, though customer assumes all additional risks involved with international orders, including lack of ability to track packages to their final destination.

BACKORDERS
Childeducationtoys.com strives to maintain a complete inventory of our offered product line. Although it is very rare for an item to be unavailable, if temporary product unavailability will cause shipping times to exceed our stated processing time (1-3 business days following receipt of payment), we will notify the customer via email of the order status. All backorders will ship once item(s) are available, unless customer has contacted us prior with instructions to cancel.

RETURN POLICY
Customer is responsible to contact Childeducationtoys.com regarding all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of ship date, and are valid 30 days from date of issuance. Please note the following return conditions and how appropriate credits are determined.

  • Customer received order, but item(s) are defective upon receipt (manufacturer defect)
    • Childeducationtoys.com will issue a full credit for cost of item(s), or complete replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective product must be returned to manufacturer, Childeducationtoys.com will pay for all return shipping.
  • Customer refuses delivery, or package is returned to Childeducationtoys.com as undeliverable
    • Childeducationtoys.com will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee.
  • Customer accepts order, then wants to return it for personal reasons
    • Childeducationtoys.com will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee, once the item(s) has been returned to us (return shipping at customer's expense) and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Addition restocking fees will be assessed for item(s) not received in resalable condition.

All returns should be sent to: Childeducationtoys.com, 4100 Rancho Largo NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87120 .
